*Characters are available for up to 30 minute appearences. All outside events must have indoor option in the event of evere weather. Performers reserve the right to refuse performance in extreme heat or wet grounds. Client is excpected to maintain reasonable control of all guests attending the event and will be held responsible for any harm to perform or costume due to misconduct of any persons attending. If at a place of business, it is very important to check with a manager of the establishment that our entertainers are allowed to perform. If our entertainers arrive and for any reason are not permitted to perform, you will still be charged.
All bookings require a nonrefundable deposit. Cancellation of any event which has been paid in full may result in a partial refund.
